OPREX Construction was proud to serve as the General Contractor for the South Plains Association of Governments (SPAG) Headquarters Renovation in Lubbock, Texas. The 24,000-square-foot project included transforming a former bank into SPAG’s new headquarters.

This renovation included new office buildouts, full plumbing and electrical upgrades, and updated interior and exterior finishes. OPREX delivered a modern, efficient workspace aligned with SPAG’s mission, and the firm was formally recognized by the Owner for the
quality of the completed project.
