Rodeo Dental was a tenant finish-out project located within the 114th Crossing retail development in Lubbock, Texas—a shell building also constructed by OPREX. The project consists of the interior build-out of an approximately 5,100 SF dental and orthodontics facility, designed to deliver a high-capacity, patient-focused clinical environment with integrated specialty treatment spaces.

Strategically positioned in the rapidly growing South Lubbock corridor, the project sits near major retail anchors including H-E-B, placing it in one of the city’s most active and expanding commercial areas.

The facility features a large patient waiting area with adjacent theater and gaming zones, multiple consult rooms, exam and X-ray rooms, sterilization and lab areas, major procedure rooms, and staff support spaces. Future expansion was considered in the design, with multiple operatories rough-plumbed for future equipment and medical gas connections.
