OPREX Construction completed the interior tenant finish-out of Pro Fitness, a high-end fitness facility located in Lubbock, Texas within the Vintage retail development—another project originally constructed by OPREX. This continuity allowed for a seamless transition from shell to fully built-out tenant space, with a strong understanding of the base building conditions.

The 10,000-square-foot build-out transformed a shell space into a modern, high-performance gym designed to support a wide range of training and wellness services. The project features custom gym flooring, upscale locker rooms, specialty lighting, integrated sound systems, and premium interior finishes throughout.

Execution required careful coordination of specialty trades and materials to achieve the desired level of quality and performance. OPREX maintained schedule, delivered a clean and polished final product, and worked closely with the owner to bring their vision to life.

The finished space reflects a balance of durability and design, providing a high-end fitness environment that aligns with the overall quality and character of the Vintage development.
