OPREX Construction completed the ground-up construction of the new Oil Changers location on Milwaukee Avenue in Lubbock, Texas. This project brought a modern, high-efficiency automotive service facility to one of the city’s fastest growing corridors. Built with a focus on durability, operational flow, and brand consistency, the facility includes multiple service bays, reinforced slab design, specialty MEP work, a customer waiting area, and site improvements that support safe and efficient traffic patterns.

Working closely with the design team and the owner, OPREX coordinated all phases of construction, including foundation work, structural components, mechanical and electrical systems, and final finishes. Our team emphasized clear communication, consistent updates, and strong subcontractor oversight to maintain schedule control and deliver a high-quality, turnkey automotive service facility.
