OPREX Construction completed the ground-up construction of the Dave & Buster’s entertainment venue in Lubbock, Texas. The 21,266-square-foot facility was constructed using a conventional steel structure and was designed by Aria Group Architects.

As one of OPREX’s larger commercial projects, the build required careful coordination of structural, mechanical, and specialty systems needed to support a high-capacity arcade, sports bar, and restaurant environment. The project was successfully completed on April 17, 2023, delivering a vibrant new destination for dining and entertainment in the Lubbock community.
