OPREX Construction was selected through a competitive hard bid process to deliver a new field office for BPx Energy in Orla, Texas. Designed by Vandergriff Architects, this ground-up project consists of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) tailored to support BPx Energy’s operations in the Delaware Basin.

The facility was constructed with a focus on durability, efficiency, and long-term performance in a demanding West Texas environment. The project included a full scope of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with high-quality interior finishes.

The layout was designed to support daily field operations, featuring private offices, meeting areas, a large conference room, break room and kitchen, storage spaces, and updated restroom facilities. Exterior improvements included durable materials and enhanced site access to accommodate ongoing field activity.

OPREX worked closely with the design team and project stakeholders to deliver a functional, well-built facility that meets BPx Energy’s operational needs and standards.
