OPREX Construction served as the Design-Builder for the ground-up construction of a new Super Pollo location on Rankin Highway in Midland, Texas. The project brought a new quick-service restaurant to one of Midland’s busy commercial corridors and included the complete build-out of the restaurant, drive-thru, kitchen, dining area, and supporting back-of-house spaces.

In addition to the building itself, OPREX managed the surrounding site improvements, including parking, sidewalks, utilities, drainage, landscaping, and ADA access. The finished project created a fully developed restaurant site designed around both customer convenience and day-to-day operations.
